Based on the Ayurvedic system of healing, practiced by Indian families for thousands of years, Indian Head Massage provides relaxation and enormous health benefits. The aim is to release stress that has accumulated in tissues, muscles and joints of the face, head, neck, shoulders and back.

You will be seated in a chair for the first part of the treatment and then you will move to the couch, it is best if you can wear a vest top to allow access to the shoulders and the neck. The treatment lasts around 45 minutes, a range of massage techniques are used some of which are traditional Indian techniques.
