	Welcome to my website. My name is Jacqui Valentine and I practice Reiki Healing from my base in Liphook on the Hampshire-Surrey border. I am within easy reach of the A3 and Liphook mainline station. Why take the time out? Reiki has been shown to help people on many levels, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I was drawn to alternative practices to assit with my own personal relaxation when I juggled a demanding full-time role, Mum to two beautiful little girls, wife and everything else that goes with todays busy existence. There were times when I just wanted to do something for me and this was my escape. I enjoyed this area of "therapy" so much that I decided to forgo my blue-chip existence and train as a Reiki Practitioner and that's where Waves of Life started. Reiki is suitable for everyone. Whether you are seeking a form of relaxation or some genuine healing then you will gain lots of benefits from some Reiki sessions. Reiki is suitable for children too. New Mums? If you are a new Mum looking for some "me" time, then why not get together with a few friends and I will come to you for the afternoon. You can have a great relaxing treatment, while your friends take turns to look after the little ones. All I need is sufficient space for the treament couch and some room to get round it in a quiet room where we will not be disturbed.
